As Practice Manager, she oversees the daily operations of a multi-location medical practice—ensuring seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in patient care delivery.

In her dual role as Chief Marketing Officer, she leads the institute’s brand strategy, community outreach, and digital presence—helping to connect patients with the care they need while elevating the visibility of the practice across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Her background includes over 10 years in credentialing, where she ensures that all providers meet rigorous standards for licensure and accreditation. She also holds national certification in phlebotomy, with specialized training in PRP therapy using Arthrex technology.

Previously serving as Lead Medical Assistant, Kerri played a key role in clinical support, staff training, and patient advocacy—laying the foundation for her holistic understanding of podiatric care.

Known for her loyalty, reliability, and calm leadership, Kim is the go-to person for both patients and staff when it comes to keeping things running smoothly.

She oversees billing and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and transparency in every financial interaction. As Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Gallucci, Kim plays a vital role in scheduling procedures, guiding patients through pre-op and post-op logistics, and making sure every detail is handled with care and precision.

Brianne Deschamps is the powerhouse behind our Middletown and North Dartmouth offices, serving as Satellite Office Manager with dedication and drive. Now entering her fifth year with the Foot and Ankle Institute of New England, Brianne is known for her hard work, dependability, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.

From managing the front desk to handling workers’ compensation cases. She also serves as Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Rogers, expertly organizing procedures and guiding patients through every step of the surgical process. Brianne’s strength lies in her ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a calm and friendly presence. Her commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of office operations make her an essential part of our team and a trusted resource for both patients and staff.
